I visited Modern Dentistry in Santa Fe Springs through recommendation from my sister who recently had gotten 3 root canals by Dr. Justin Jang and Dr. Barry Chiang after having such a positive experience. I am a very anxious person in nature and the dentist only seems to exacerbate it from awful experiences getting my wisdom teeth removed by another doctor in the past. However, Dr. Jang made sure I was comfortable during the entire process and very patient with me allowing for the lidocaine injections to kick in during my cleaning and root canal prep. I appreciated his manner of explanation of each procedure and constantly checking in to see how I was doing. He encourages a safe and nonjudgmental environment while also being friendly and addressing any concerns you may have. I love how thorough he was during the entire process, did not once cut any corners in my care, and the entire staff is also so sweet. I have already referred my coworkers to Dr. Jang as he has genuinely changed my perspective on what routine dental care should look like.
