I had such a great experience at Santa Fe Springs Modern Dentistry. I’ve had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past, especially when it comes to pain and numbing, so I really appreciate a dental office that takes the time to make you feel comfortable. From beginning to end, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Andrea was wonderful with scheduling my appointment, checking me in, and following up with me. Diana was extremely helpful when going over the financial side of my treatment. She took her time explaining my bill, the different charges, and exactly what I could expect to pay, which I really appreciated. Darla Moctezuma, the dental assistant, was also wonderful. She was polite, friendly, gentle, and explained everything she was doing throughout my X-rays, pictures, and the rest of the process. She made sure I was comfortable, showed me where everything was, and even offered me a blanket because the office was a little cold. Those small details really make a difference when you’re already nervous about dental work. Reyna Vasquez, my dental hygienist, did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. I was honestly nervous because of previous experiences, but I barely felt anything. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, continuously made sure I was comfortable, and somehow made me feel so relaxed that I almost forgot she was working in my mouth! My teeth and mouth felt extremely clean afterward. Dr. Justin Jang was also very thorough. He took the time to review my X-rays with me, explain what he saw, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout my crown preparation. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about my experience. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Santa Fe Springs Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office with a kind, professional, and attentive team. Finding a dentist you completely trust isn’t easy, but Dr. Shady Kerolles is truly exceptional. I have been so impressed with every visit. He works incredibly efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. In fact, his attention to detail is remarkable, you can tell he strives for perfection in everything he does. The highlight of my experience was getting a porcelain crown. I couldn't believe it! My crown was designed, made, and permanently placed in about 30 minutes. The fit was absolutely perfect on the first try, and it looks so natural that you can't tell it's a crown. The technology is amazing, but Dr. Kerolles' skill is what made the final result so flawless. I also want to give a huge thank you to the front office team. They are kind, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly, from treatment to costs, so there are never any surprises. They make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a dentist who is highly skilled, meticulous, efficient, and genuinely cares about providing excellent care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shady Kerolles and his wonderful team.
